Live tools, Level 3Protected booking pilot

Let an artist take festival-specific bookings on your site.

Connect one organization website, choose an event and a claimed individual artist, then ask the artist to approve. The artist controls the destination, availability, rate, and future access.

Ready to configure the real placement?

The free organizer workspace handles site verification and artist requests using your organization and event records.

Organizer Suite

Ready

Festival site connected

The organizer proves control of the site with DNS or a small verification file.

Abrazo Artists

Waiting

No artist request yet

The artist does not need to do anything while the site is being connected.

What changes: Abrazo now knows which organization and published origin may request a live placement.

Organizer setup

One verified site, one event, one artist request.

  1. 1Connect the festival website and complete DNS or file verification.
  2. 2Choose an upcoming event and a claimed individual artist.
  3. 3Send the event-specific booking request with a clear message.
  4. 4After approval and availability, copy the protected install code.

Artist setup

Yes, the artist completes their side in Abrazo Artists.

  1. 1Review the organization, verified site, event, dates, city, and request message.
  2. 2Approve or decline from Integrations. Approval only covers that event and site.
  3. 3Open Schedule, add the event destination, and publish slots inside the event window.
  4. 4Use the existing public private rate. Revoke future access whenever needed.

Who can use it

An authorized organization member with an upcoming event and a verified site.

Current artist scope

Claimed individual artists. Couple and team transactional booking needs its own money and authority model.

Builder scope

The protected code is ready for pilots. Each builder still needs a real published-site certification.
